Listen, I never intended to end up in LA on purpose. But if I had the opportunity to tell my teenage self I would end up here special/sexy/sleazy at Harvard & Stone is EXACTLY what that would sound like.
They have all "the quirky punk bands in pleather" and "sequins with Hot Chocolate covers" and vocal tricks and "between songs stand up" that you could ever envision or want.
There is a joy to their presence, an unassuming glam, the laid back cool of all our collective smart ass “i’m a fucking artist” dreams- without any of the pretension and all the obvious work and talent to back that claim up.
Self awareness is important when had wholly- self deprecation, self celebration, self laughing at and laughing with.
special/sexy/sleazy have it all in one neatly, cleanly, joyously packed act.
